Project enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we receive the contact information and project details you provide. We use them to respond, discuss possible services and manage the related communication. Our authorised team receives enquiries by email through Hostinger’s mail service and Google Gmail. Please avoid submitting identity documents, payment information or sensitive personal records.

Consultation bookings and payments

When you book a consultation, Cal.com processes the booking details you provide, including your name, email, selected designer, appointment time and any notes. For VIP home visits, your service address is also requested. We use these details to arrange and deliver your appointment. Booking information is added to the selected designer’s Google Calendar and may appear in booking emails.

Stripe processes consultation payments. Payment card details are entered through the payment provider, rather than the RAAZ HOME enquiry form. Cal.com, Stripe and Google may process information outside Canada under their own privacy practices. Please share only the project details needed for your consultation. If you choose to subscribe, we use your email to send a confirmation request. Only confirmed subscribers are included in our subscriber list. The site records your consent wording and subscription timestamps. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in the subscription email or contact us to withdraw consent. Enquiries do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Website operation and spam protection

WordPress, our hosting provider and security services may process technical data such as IP address, request details and browser information to operate and protect the website. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Administrative login cookies are used for authorised site users.

Service providers and storage

We use hosting, website and email providers to operate the site and manage messages. Information may be processed outside Canada depending on the provider. Subscriber information is stored in our WordPress database; enquiry messages are delivered to our email systems. We do not sell submitted contact details.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry correspondence for the period needed to manage the enquiry and related business or legal obligations. Newsletter information is used while your subscription remains active. Contact us for access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion requests. Information may remain in protected backups until those backups expire.
